Gin Rocket
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! This is a fantastic way to celebrate being Irish, springtime and elevating your Gin with flavors from the garden. The result is this fantastic herbal green cocktail. You will taste the anise from the fennel and pepper from the arugula. If your market does not have arugula, then substitute with dandelion greens. Recipe:
Gin
Lime Juice
Simple Syrup
¼ cup chopped Fennel (with fronds)
¼ cup chopped Arugula
Add all ingredients to your tin. Muddle well. Shake with ice until cold. Double strain into a coupe and garnish with a lime flag.
